    Lisa Snyder is a clinical social worker with the University of California, San Diego's Shiley-Marcos Alzheimer's Disease Research Center where she has worked with people with early-stage Alzheimer's and their families for more than 20 years. Her many years of experience conducting support groups for people with early-stage Alzheimer's gives her intimate knowledge of the fears and concerns that come with the diagnosis.
