Customer Service

Payment: Payment may be made via business or personal check or by MasterCard or Visa credit cards. All orders must be prepaid with the exception of trade businesses which have previously established open accounts. All payments must be in US funds and drawn on a US bank. Orders will be returned if payment is made in foreign funds or drawn from a foreign bank.

Purchase Orders: Faxed or mailed copies of purchase orders will be accepted (please see above for our fax number and mailing address). Purchase orders must contain both a bill-to and ship-to address along with a PO number. An invoice will be mailed to the bill-to address once the order has shipped and will be due in 30 days from the date the order was shipped.

US Only: All orders are charged a one time $6.95 shipping and handling fee, per order, not per book, and are typically shipped within 24 to 36 hours via special Media Mail or UPS Ground. Delivery time is normally 7 to 14 days from our location in the Midwest.

Expedited delivery is available via UPS Next Day or 2nd Day service. In addition to the normal $6.95 fee, next day is $20.00 for the first book plus $5.00 for each additional book. 2nd Day service is the normal $6.95 plus $9.00 for the first book and $2.50 for each additional book. Orders requiring expedited shipping must be phoned in (1- 800-895-4585) and received no later than 11:00am. Central time for UPS delivery.

Mexico/Canada: Shipments to Mexico and Canada are charged $16.95 per order and are shipped via the US Postal Service International Priority.

Foreign: Shipments outside the 50 states, Canada and Mexico are charged $23.95 per order and are shipped via the US Postal Service International Priority.

Trade: All trade accounts are charged actual cost for freight.

Minnesota residents please add 6.5% sales tax to the cost of books only; do not include cost of postage and handling.

Unless requested otherwise, we will backorder any titles temporarily out of stock. Credit cards will not be charged for any backorders until the book is actually shipped and there will be not be an additional retail postage and handling charge of $6.95 when backordered titles are shipped.

Dissatisfied with an item? Return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange, no questions asked - excluding software. You must include a proof of purchase with return.
